Why can't I receive Psych Hub Emails?

How to Add Psych Hub to Your Safe Sender List

There are several common reasons why you or your learners might not be receiving Psych Hub emails. Often, these messages may be mistakenly filtered into spam or junk folders, or your organization’s email security settings could be blocking external communications. In some cases, strict firewalls or automatic filters set by your organization’s IT department may prevent delivery of our emails altogether.

To ensure you receive important updates, course information, and resources from Psych Hub, it’s essential to add Psych Hub to your safe sender list. This will help ensure our emails are recognized as trusted communications and delivered directly to your inbox. To do this, locate your email provider’s settings or options for junk, spam, or blocked senders and add Psych Hub's email domains.

If you use a corporate or school network, ask your IT administrator for help adding our addresses and domains to your safe sender list. By taking these steps, you’ll help ensure seamless communication and uninterrupted access to all of Psych Hub’s educational resources and updates.
