The Columbia Protocol: A Unique Suicide Risk Assessment Tool

To help you identify whether someone is at risk for suicide, assess the severity and immediacy of the risk, and gauge the level of support a person needs, please use the Coumbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) provided by the Columbia Lighthouse Project.
